KassaDee grew up in rural Nevada, where she first gained her passion for science studying wild horses in the Great Basin area. KassaDee went on to earn a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from the University of Nevada, Reno working in a viticulture research lab. KassaDee was previously an analytical chemist at Now Food, and a laboratory manager at University of Nevada, Reno. KassaDee’s key roles at Bently Heritage involve running the laboratory, developing and implementing a sensory program, and establishing quality standards.
Outside of work KassaDee enjoys spending time with friends and family. She loves to be outdoors and enjoys hiking, biking, and camping with her dog and husband. She enjoys reading, continuously learning, meeting new people and traveling.
