It's like nothing else I've ever tasted. It's got everything the nose promises, and more. It's nutty, slightly vanilla sweet, floral, peppery and spicy, with fresh fruit too, like red berries and dark cherries. It's got a wonderful creamy mouthfeel, and a satisfying sherry-like finish.

Our vodka is made from oats and wheat that were exclusively grown on the Bently Ranch estate. We ferment with a neutral yeast, distill once through our American column still, and then again through the 40 rectification trays on our Carl German pot still. This achieves 95-96% alcohol by volume. Finally, it’s rested in Oloroso Oak Sherry Casks for over twenty days. Oats lend a body and mouthfeel that’s unmatched by any of the other grains we tested during R&D. Sweetness and viscosity come through from the grain, creating a classically clean spirit.
