Sherry Rested Vodka Cocktail with Lime Juice and Mint


  1. 2.0 oz Source One Vodka Rested in Oak Sherry Casks
  2. 1.0 oz Simple Syrup
  3. 1.0 oz Lime Juice
  4. Peychaud’s and Angostura Bitters
  5. Garnish: Fresh Mint


  1. Muddle mint in a mixing glass, then add all other ingredients.
  2. Add enough crushed ice to fill a Collins glass.
  3. Stir mixing glass briefly then pour into the Collins glass.
  4. Mound the glass with crushed ice like a snow cone and top with 3 dashes each of Peychaud’s and Angostura bitters.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint.
