Tasting Room Supervisor
Emily has an extensive background in the food and beverage industry that ranges from fine dining in San Diego and Seattle to a Winery/Distillery in Wisconsin. She earned her B.A. at the University of California, San Diego, and holds a certification as a sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
Emily studied abroad in Italy and developed an interest in other cultures, art, and history during that time. She enjoys exploring the Lake Tahoe area with her family, between snowmobiling in the winter, and boating in the summer. When she has the rare free time to herself she enjoys sinking into a good book, seeing live music, or trying to learn French.
